Choose to use 6 ears of corn, cooked with kernals cut off or 2-15 ounce cans of whole kernel corn, drained very well.
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
10 chopped basil leaves
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped into pieces
1 bunch diced green onion
1 tsp spicy seasoning blend, pepper based
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
